Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer and pricing master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and business rules
- Review, validate, and process customer setup and changes, ensuring proper documentation and required approvals are in place
- Support management of pricing data governance, ensuring correct application of pricing conditions, discounts, and contractual terms
- Ensure all CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos are issued in line with agreed customer deadlines and meet customer expectations
- Undertake price file uploads, coordinating with relevant business unit stakeholders to resolve issues such as incomplete or insufficient data
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Commercial teams to resolve master data issues impacting billing, collections, and financial reporting
- Perform regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring consistency between master data and financial records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong accounting experience or background, preferably within Order-to-Cash or Shared Services environments
- Experience in customer master data and/or pricing master data management
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
