About the Role
As a Master Data Specialist you will establish and execute the Master Data Management framework, policy, and standards. This is to help the bank improve the data quality in the upstream channels/systems to help provide a better customer experience and make decisions for growth.
How you'll contribute
- Work with system owners and data stewards to ensure enterprise CIF / BBN is in place across all key systems with Golden Record or Winner/Loser definitions.
- Collaborates with ITG SMEs and system owners to carry out root-cause analysis and address data quality issues to support active and passive data governance.
- Define processes and standards for master data across the data lifecycle and take ownership of MDM.
- Collaborates with ITG, CRM, and Delivery Team to ensure technical delivery of reverse cascade, CIF/BBN survivorship, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of published reports, dashboards, and data cubes to monitor MDM.
What we're looking for
- With at least 1 to 4 years of work experience in the same field.
- Understanding of DAMA DMBok, particularly Master Data Management.
- Experience in leading or as contributing member of projects.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills. Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Background in TQM, LEAN, or Kaizen is a plus.
