We're Hiring: Specialist, Global Master Data
Location: Mckinley West, Taguig City
Work Set-up: Onsite (Hybrid after 6 Months)
Work Shift: Midshift
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or trading environment, including industry terms and definitions
- Experience with SAP, particularly manufacturing master data (e.g., Bill of Materials and Routing); MDG knowledge is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint-based workflow tools is a plus
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Material, Customer, Vendor, and Employee Master Data in SAP
- Prepare maintenance rules and reports for the data governance board
- Support standardization and rule definition aligned with business requirements
- Execute master data creation and changes in SAP and related systems within agreed timelines via workflow triggers
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, extraction, and comparison across systems
- Review data completeness and actively follow up on missing information as needed
- Support the development and enhancement of master data documentation
- Contribute to process improvements within the assigned work area
- Communicate with business stakeholders via email and phone and provide support on master data-related concerns
- Analyze and interpret master data and contribute to master data governance initiatives
- Collaborate with the business on process-related matters
