Role Description

The Master Data Manager is to define the data language for their entire global organization. In this role, you aren't just building dashboards—you are the custodian of the taxonomies that drive executive-level decision-making.

As a hands-on technical custodian, you will bridge the gap between complex data and global strategy:

• Own the Data: Source and interpret data across Dynamics CRM, F&O, GA4, and Google Ads.
• Build the Foundation: Write SQL and Python from scratch to blend data into clean Master Tables within Azure Databricks and MS Fabric.
• Standardize Definitions: Act as the SME on data taxonomies, ensuring alignment across Product and Commercial Finance.
• Advise Leadership: Confidently explain data nuances and defend findings to VPs and Senior Leadership Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in Data/Analytics, with 2+ years in a highly matrixed, multi-national environment.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Azure Databricks, MS Fabric, and PowerBI.
• The Skills: Ability to stitch data tables from scratch and a track record of operating effectively in ambiguity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM-based discipline (CS, IT, Math, or Engineering).
