Position: Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale a
next-generation AI-driven marketplace and data platform. This role will be instrumental in developing
both the front-end user experience and the back-end infrastructure that powers our proprietary Market
Pilot system, which integrates eCommerce, advertising technology, influencer analytics, and real-time
data processing.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with strong architectural instincts, capable of working across
the entire technology stack to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Tasks required:
- Designing and developing scalable web applications for the marketplace and Market Pilot platform
- Building dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Developing secure and efficient back-end services and APIs
- Integrating AI and machine learning models into production systems
- Managing database architecture, including both relational and non-relational systems
- Implementing real-time data pipelines for analytics, advertising optimization, and personalization
- Collaborating on system architecture, infrastructure, and cloud deployment strategies
- Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Vue
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge ofRESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building eCommerce or marketplace platforms
- Experience with advertising technology (AdTech), bidding systems, or recommendation engines
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI integration
- Experience with real-time systems (Kafka, WebSockets, streaming architectures)
- Knowledge of payment gateways and financial transaction systems
- Experience with scalable system design for high-growth platforms
- Familiarity with data analytics, attribution models, or customer segmentation
