We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist, focusing in Mass Recruitment who will play a key role in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring we attract the right talent to support our business growth. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can handle high-volume recruitment, particularly for Promoters, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Approval roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill positions in mass recruitment, particularly for Promoters, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Approval.
- Prepare and post job openings on effective channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates, and arrange interview appointments.
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Prepare approval emails, employment documents, and handle other recruitment administrative tasks.
- Manage weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the Hiring Manager and Head of HR.
- Prepare and coordinate background and reference checks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, either agency or in-house.
- Proven experience in mass recruitment is a must.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
