Job Title: Marketplace Operations & Buyer Growth Associate

This role sits at the center of our supply listing buyer deal execution engine.
Role Overview
We're hiring a hands-on Marketplace Operations & Buyer Growth Associate to help us source,
list, sell, and move inventory across our B2B and D2C marketplaces.
This is an execution-heavy role with direct revenue impact. You will work closely with suppliers,
buyers, and internal ops to ensure deals move fast, clean, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketplace Commerce Central
Deal Monitoring & Sourcing
Monitor supplier deals on Amazon, liquidation portals, and other channels
Flag high-potential SKUs/lots for purchase based on pricing, sell-through, and buyer
demand
Track supplier performance, pricing drift, and recurring issues
Listings & Merchandising
Create and manage listings on the Commerce Central platform
Ensure manifests are accurate: pricing, quantities, condition, images, and terms
Update listings based on buyer feedback and market response
Buyer Outreach & Growth
Communicate with buyers via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Post 12 deals daily in relevant industry groups to generate inbound interest
Monitor and optimize daily buyer email campaigns (open rate, replies, conversions)
Help onboard new buyers and maintain regular check-ins to understand:
What they buy
Price sensitivity
Feedback on deals and platform experience
Deal Execution & Coordination
Coordinate between suppliers and buyers:
Contract signing
Sample requests
Logistics planning
Issue resolution and dispute management
Track deal status from interest close pickup
Raise and follow up on disputes with Amazon and other suppliers when required
D2C Marketplace DealzForYou.com
Manage buyer pickup schedules to control warehouse traffic and prevent congestion
Coordinate with warehouse and ops teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Help document and improve SOPs as we automate scheduling over time
Additional Responsibilities (What We Expect You to Own)
Maintain clean records of buyers, suppliers, deals, and communications
Track buyer activity and flag churn or inactivity early
Surface market insights:
Fast-moving categories
Pricing benchmarks
Buyer objections and patterns
Suggest improvements to:
Deal packaging
Distribution strategy
Buyer targeting
Support ad-hoc operational needs as the marketplace scales
What We're Looking For
13 years experience in marketplace ops, ecommerce, wholesale, liquidation, or
sourcing
Comfortable communicating with business buyers (price, margin, logistics)
Highly organized and responsive
Strong written English; clear, direct communication
Comfortable working across WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and CRM-style tools
Self-starter who can manage multiple deals at once without hand-holding
Compensation
$600 USD / month (fixed)
+ 1% incentive on every deal you individually facilitate
Performance-based growth as responsibility and deal volume increase
