Job Summary
The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's
digital marketing infrastructure. This includes overseeing social media platforms performance, the
company website's performance, SEO, and marketing analytics, while ensuring that all leads are
efficiently captured and routed to the customer relationship team through a CRM. The role focuses
on technical enablement, performance monitoring, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor Pre-roll Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Native Ads
- Manage, optimize, and navigate social media advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient
execution, performance tracking and automation.
- Oversee SEO strategies, Google Maps, and Google Reviews to improve visibility and
rankings.
- Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper
functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
- Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team
- Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring
smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry, ensuring continuity, security, and preventing loss of access.
- Support for other non-marketing, IT-related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Proficient in website development and implementation.
- Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate, manage, and organize complex systems.
- Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team.
- Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
- Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
