Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Proficient in website development and implementation.
- Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate and manage and organize complex systems.
- Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team.
- Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
- Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor Pre-roll Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Native Ads
- Manage, optimize, and navigate social media advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient execution, performance tracking and automation.
- Oversee SEO strategies, Google Maps, and Google Reviews to improve visibility and rankings.
- Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper
functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
- Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team
- Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry ensuring continuity, security and preventing loss of access.
- Support to other non-marketing, IT-related tasks
