JOB OVERVIEW

As the MarTech Officer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels while driving performance improvements through funnel analysis and operational excellence. You'll own the day-to-day operation of our marketing automation platform (Netcore), manage website updates, and translate campaign data into actionable insights. This role requires both technical execution expertise and analytical rigor you're not just setting up campaigns, you're continuously improving how we reach and convert customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Own end-to-end campaign setup and execution in Netcore across email, SMS, push notifications, and other in-app channels based on briefs from internal teams.
  • Build and optimize customer journey workflows, trigger-based campaigns, and lifecycle automations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Co-manage campaign calendar with cross-functional teams and proactively flag execution constrains including timing conflicts, platform limitations, setup requirements, and overlaps with existing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets meet platform requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage opt-in/opt-out requirements.
  • Provide technical feedback on campaign feasibility, execution timelines, and platform capabilities to inform planning decisions.

Funnel Analysis & Performance Insights

  • Analyze campaign funnels and customer journeys to identify drop-off points, conversion barriers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with the MarTech Data Analyst to access campaign performance data and customer segmentation for analysis.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data not just reporting what happened, but why it happened and what to do about it.
  • Track key campaign KPIs and provide regular performance updates with clear takeaways for stakeholders.
  • Parter with the Marketing Technology & Analytics Lead to connect campaign performance with broader customer behavior patterns.
  • Identify patterns in campaign performance that suggest opportunities for new automations, better targeting, or improved messaging strategies.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Execute routine website updates, landing page implementations, and tracking tag deployments in coordination with product and design teams.
  • Monitor website performance and flag issues affecting user experience or conversion rates (when applicable).

Platform Optimization & Proactive Improvement

  • Stay current on Netcore platform updates, new features, and best practices proactively suggest how to leverage new capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, automation efficiency, and execution quality without being prompted.
  • Explore and test platform features that could unlock better personalization, targeting, or customer engagement.
  • Continuously improve campaign templates, workflows, and operational processes based on performance data and platform evolution.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign setup processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides aligned with business continuity efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Years of Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in marketing/growth operations, campaign management, or marketing technology roles with demonstrated ability to operate independently. Experience in financial services, insurance, or high-growth digital-first companies is a plus.

Technical Skills (Required):

  • High proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage, or other equivalent platforms.
  • Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, Viber, Push, etc.) with high quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (MMP such as Adjust or Appsflyer, Google Analytics, PowerBI).
  • Comfortable with Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Experience implementing tracking tags and troubleshooting technical integration issues.

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Basic SQL knowledge for understanding data structures and segmentation logic.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
  • PowerBI, Tableau, or other BI tools for data visualization.
