Job Description
The Marketing Supervisor leads the development, implementation, and profitable growth of products, services, and marketing initiatives in the Philippines and leads the marketing function locally. This role translates business and commercial priorities into effective marketing strategies and on‑ground execution, ensuring strong alignment with Sales and Operations.
The Marketing Supervisor works closely with Sales teams and customers to develop competitive, customer‑centric solutions, drives strategic and tactical marketing programs, and leads in‑country execution of strategic projects. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with responsibility for developing and guiding a team of marketing analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Program Leadership
- Develop, implement, and lead marketing strategies and programs.
- Translate regional or global marketing strategies into strong, localized execution for the Philippine market.
- Drive profitable growth through new product/service launches, product enhancements, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Own end‑to‑end execution of strategic marketing projects within the country.
Sales & Operations Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives and pipeline needs.
- Support Sales with value propositions, go‑to‑market plans, customer presentations, and competitive positioning.
- Work cross‑functionally with Operations to ensure marketing promises align with service capabilities and execution realities.
- Lead commercial relationship with indirect sales channels
Customer & Market Insights
- Interacts with customers to gather insights and translate feedback into product improvements and marketing enhancements.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Campaigns, Communications & Activation
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including: Digital Advertising campaigns, Public relations initiatives, Trade shows, events, and industry activations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and agencies/vendors where required.
Data, Analytics & Performance Management
- Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and business impact.
- Track KPIs, ROI, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Convert insights into clear recommendations and action plans for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Represent Marketing function within the local country business team.
- Coach and develop marketing analysts and junior team members.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support skill development.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and analytical team culture.
