The Campaign Planning Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end campaign promotions for assigned product categories that attract, retain, and grow Personal Collection dealers and partnersadvancing PC to expand its reach, strengthen its relevance, and deepen its impact in every Filipino household.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Leadership & Promotion Strategy
- Develops and implements category-specific end-to-end campaign plans that align with overall commercial strategy, sales goals, and profit objectives.
- Leads the planning and execution of 4 major promotional campaigns per year, acting as the cross-functional campaign lead across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborates closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Execution, Commercial Operations, and Demand Planning teams to create compelling, insightful, and data-backed campaign initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Post-Campaign Evaluation
- Monitors campaign performance through dashboards and analytics tools to evaluate KPIs ensuring initiatives deliver targeted measurable business impact.
- Conducts post-campaign evaluations to identify success factors, performance drivers, and actionable opportunities for future campaign executions.
- Assesses category-level performance using both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to ensure continuous improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Demand Forecasting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborates closely with the Demand Planning Team, ensuring full alignment between promotional demand, inventory readiness, and sales forecasts.
- Integrates promotional activities with the broader demand and operations calendar to ensure synchronized execution and optimal resource utilization.
- Provides strategic input to help forecast volume shifts driven by campaign initiatives.
DBF Management & Reporting
- Maintains and updates the campaign Data-Based Forecast (DBF) tool to reflect campaign changes to ensure strategic consistency with overall planned promotional activities.
- Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators of each campaign promotion such as but not limited to effective customer pricing per strategic offer, gross sales, gross profit, and transacting dealer availment rate.
- Prepares and presents regular campaign reports for Campaign Planning, Monthly Supportability, SEB, and other key business reviews to support data-driven decision-making with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Education
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Proven experience in campaign planning, category or trade marketing, or similar roles.
3. Skills
- Solid understanding of financial performance indicators, including gross sales and gross margin.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for clear coordination across teams.
- Working knowledge of demand forecasting and cross-functional collaboration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and campaign reporting tools.
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
