Develop and implement marketing digital strategies including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
Manage social media campaigns across platforms.
Oversee content marketing strategies, blogs, videos, and infographics.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance.
Conduct research, manage collaborations with influences, and target brand ambassadors.
Present ideas and final deliverables to Business Unit Head about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Traditional Marketing:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry needs.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns through print and outdoor advertising.
Organize and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for offline marketing initiatives.
Develop marketing collateral, including brochures and direct mail campaign.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing or any business management-related course.
Must have 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling brand and marketing, with proven track record in both digital and traditional marketing.
Strong understanding of market research, branding, and consumer psychology.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as, but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Excellent skills in developing strategies to introduce and innovate corporate communications, branding, PR and digital marketing assets.
Preferably with established press and media contacts.
Metrics-drives marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
