Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and analyze market trends and competition.
- Campaign Management:Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Brand Management:Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and guide the marketing team, assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
- Performance Tracking:Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and report on outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course (e.g., BSBA, Mass Communication, Marketing).
- Experience:Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is generally required.
- Skills:Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Setup:Often requires on-site work with 5 working days and 2 days off.
