Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Research
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Conduct competitor and industry research and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactively pitch new marketing and lead generation ideas based on data or market trends.
- Maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with business goals.
CRM & Automation (HubSpot)
- Build and configure HubSpot CRM from the ground up, following best practices.
- Design automated workflows for lead capture, onboarding, nurturing, and post-settlement follow-up.
- Integrate data from Infinity CRM using Zapier or other tools.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to track pipeline performance, lead quality, and ROI.
- Segment contacts for personalized campaigns and reporting.
Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Monitor, test, and optimize ad performance to maximize cost-efficiency and conversion rates.
- Create ad creatives and landing pages consistent with brand messaging.
Social Media Management
- Develop and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (23 posts per week).
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and tailored to each platform's audience.
- Monitor engagement, track organic growth, and apply strategies to improve reach and visibility.
Lead Capture & Client Retention
- Build high-converting landing pages to generate leads.
- Set up systems for client referrals and reviews (e.g., Google Reviews).
- Implement automated workflows for following up with past clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM setup, automation, and reporting
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Working knowledge of automation tools like Zapier
- Excellent written English and persuasive copywriting skills
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently
- Confident in proposing new ideas and strategies without waiting for direction
- Strong communication skills and experience working remotely
- Bonus: Knowledge of the Australian finance or lending industry
- Desirable: HubSpot Certifications (Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, CRM Implementation)
