We are looking for Marketing Strategist to lead the online presence and brand development for an emerging venture capital firm focused on AI-driven innovation in the Fintech, Biotech, and Cleantech sectors. This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the firm scales.

Monthly Compensation: $500-960 (depending on level of experience, based on a 20-hour workweek)
As a Marketing & LinkedIn Strategist, you will be responsible for building a powerful digital presenceparticularly on LinkedInto connect with investors, amplify the firm's brand, and support portfolio visibility across the Indian and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strong background in finance or venture capital, and a proven track record in content creation and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored content strategy for LinkedIn to establish the firm's digital presence
- Manage and grow the firm's LinkedIn profile, posting high-quality, engaging content regularly
- Monitor trends and conversations in AI, venture capital, and sustainability to inform content
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and initiate meaningful dialogue with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to highlight portfolio companies, events, and market insights
- Provide strategic input on brand positioning, messaging, and digital visibility
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing with overall firm strategy
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within financial services, VC, PE, or related sectors
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and audience engagement
- Strong interest in technology, AI, and innovation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and strategically, with minimal direction
- Familiarity with European and Indian markets is a plus
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand voice
