Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Wellness & Health Company in their search for a Marketing Specialist.

Salary Range: Up to 600$

Work Setup: WFH

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Philippines

Employment: Full-time (Part-time setup will adjust salary)

The role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to support our clients marketing efforts across digital platforms and admin work. This role is ideal for someone who understands wellness branding, has a strong visual eye, and thrives in a remote, self-managed work environment.

You will be responsible for creating engaging visual and written marketing content that aligns with our clients brand values while helping grow their online presence and community while organizing within the brands internal needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling marketing assets (social media graphics, email banners, promotional materials, presentations, and digital ads)
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with our yoga and wellness brand
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand identity and messaging
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and basic copywriting
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and basic design needs
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and engagement
  • Stay current with design trends, wellness industry trends, and digital marketing best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, or similar role
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • A well organized portfolio ready for submission
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a home office setup
