The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Marketing and Communications Officer to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communications, and creating compelling content to engage target audiences across multiple channels.
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications Department.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, and annual business plan
- Build marketing and business development programs to support objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan
- Lead in conducting research to identify, analyze, and execute business unit initiatives
- Work with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies
- Create business development strategies to increase business units revenue and brand value
- Oversee contract development, client negotiations and product enhancements activities
- Oversee business relationship activities
- Oversee communication of overall business offerings and value propositions
- Manage project teams and project management activities
- Develop business cases for programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on tactics
- Develop business units policies and regulations that affect strategy management
- Prepare detail activity reports and measurement criteria to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency
- Align business units marketing programs with institutional marketing strategies
- Align business units sales and relationship programs with institutional business development strategies
- Align business units expansion and extension strategies with other TMC Network hospital and clinics

Ideally, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree, with at least three (3) years of working for a similar function in a hospital setting.
