Your Role:


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and sales lead generation.
- Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

What You Need:


Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing project management and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years working in a marketing department or related experience through internships
  • Proven success with social media use for business, including posts, targeted marketing and blogging
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in home improvement, construction, or consumer services.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across digital and print channels.
  • Proficient with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe, WordPress).
  • Analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and UTM tracking.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and confident in presenting ideas and reporting on performance.
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with focus on detail and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Able to work through others to accomplish goals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to work within a shared network structure
