Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations across stores and digital channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, franchisees, suppliers, and agencies to drive customer engagement, support store openings, manage promotional materials, and enhance online marketing initiatives. Candidates must be willing to work in Parañaque City.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement retail promotions for stores and online platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with Operations, Franchisees, suppliers, and agencies.
• Execute brand activations, events, store openings, and community activities.
• Manage promotional materials for stores, including posters, standees, and other POSM.
• Support social media, website, and e-commerce promotions.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail promotions, brand activations, or events.
• Experience handling both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits when needed.
