What You'll Do

As a Marketing Specialist (KOL & Affiliate), you will support influencer and celebrity partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent management teams, and key partners, while coordinating collaboration activities and campaign requirements.

This role also involves developing creative briefs, reviewing content to ensure brand alignment, monitoring campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. In addition, you will track campaign performance and stay up to date with industry trends to help optimize future campaigns and strengthen the brand's presence across digital platforms.

Job Description

• Establish and maintain direct relationships with influencer and celebrity agencies, talent managers, and management teams.
• Handle partnership inquiries, quotation requests, and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms to ensure cost efficiency and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage contract signing and coordinate collaboration details with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor execution timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure smooth and timely campaign launches.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, or Talent Management.
• Proven experience in handling influencer and celebrity partnerships, negotiations, and agency coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience in contract coordination and campaign management is an advantage.
