Help us grow a modern, relationship-driven insurance brand. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll help elevate our visibility, strengthen engagement with clients and referral partners, and support business growth through creative marketing, content creation, automation, and brand-building initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and able to independently move projects forward with minimal supervision. You'll work closely with leadership and marketing consultants to execute initiatives while continuously bringing fresh ideas, improving processes, and helping the company stand out in the employee benefits industry.

What You'll Do
Social Media & Brand Management
- Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Increase engagement, impressions, followers, and overall brand visibility through consistent and strategic content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
- Repurpose content across multiple channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars, videos, and website updates.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals.
- Create blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, brochures, flyers, and branded collateral.
- Update and maintain website content including articles, videos, team updates, events, and SEO-focused content.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and marketing opportunities, and proactively recommend ideas to leadership.
AI & Marketing Innovation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and similar platforms to improve content creation, workflows, and marketing efficiency.
- Generate campaign ideas, marketing copy, lead generation concepts, and audience engagement strategies using AI-assisted tools.
- Stay current with emerging marketing and AI trends and proactively test new tools, strategies, and automation opportunities.
Webinar & Event Support
- Coordinate and promote webinars, workshops, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Create invitations, reminder campaigns, social promotions, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with slide deck creation, attendee engagement strategies, and event branding.
- Manage timelines, task lists, and execution details to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and events.
Client & Sales Team Support
- Design polished client-facing materials such as:
- Renewal strategy presentations
- Open Enrollment slide decks
- Benefit guides
- Educational flyers
- Monthly employee newsletters
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, proposal enhancements, and presentation design.
- Create scalable templates and reusable marketing assets for internal teams.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Support marketing workflows and campaigns within Salesforce CRM.
- Organize prospect and referral partner data for targeted outreach initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI reporting.
- Help improve marketing automations, reporting systems, and internal workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing support.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns, presentations, newsletters, and branded content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and MailChimp.
- Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, video editing tools, and AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines consistently.
