IT By Design is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Campaign Support to own our Philippines employer brand presence while supporting global marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Own daily social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels and employee/culture stories.
- Build and manage the monthly social media calendar.
- Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition on recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
- Support global campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, Dripify, UTMs, asset preparation and QA.
- Track social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with global Marketing, Creative, HR and TA teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, social media or recruitment marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with major social platforms.
- Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
- Experience with Canva + video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Basic understanding of HubSpot, UTMs, reporting and campaign QA.
- Creative, proactive, organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
