Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Hertz Philippines as a leading car rental provider. This role will focus on creating impactful campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and building partnerships to enhance brand visibility among high-spending foreign visitors and local customers.

Job Description

Marketing Strategy and Execution

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans that align with Hertz Philippines business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events.

Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content to grow followers and engagement.

Oversee paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, to maximize ROI.

Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase online bookings.

Content Creation and Branding

Create compelling copy and visuals for marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.

Ensure consistent application of Hertz branding across all customer touchpoints. Partnerships and Influencer Engagement

Develop relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and tourism boards to drive collaborative promotions.

Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with OTAs, travel agencies, and other partners.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and KPIs.

Use analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities for ongoing and future campaigns.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Content Marketing are a plus.

35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel, car rental, or hospitality industries. Proven experience in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and partnerships.

Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite). Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
