Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to support the School Director in promoting Technical Training Center (TTC) programs and services to industries and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assist in developing partnerships, marketing materials, and lead generation to drive growth and demand for TTC's technical short courses and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support partner development and lead generation for TTC's Technical Short Courses (TSC)
• Collaborate with Communications office to develop marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content
• Coordinate TSC scheduling, implementation, and reporting with Academic office
• Assist Admin office and act as point person for GG BU communications on TSC schedules and updates
• Ensure timely billing and collection of TSC payments
• Maintain records and database of TSC completers and industry partners
• Represent GBF TTC in stakeholder events and open-house invitations
• Develop and maintain database of manufacturing companies and establishments in CALABARZON area
• Assist Scholarship Office in promoting GBF INJ programs
• Coordinate with TTC Admin and Acad office on school activities and programs
• Help in INJ monitoring during OJT period
• Perform other tasks as assigned by TTC OpCom

Job Qualifications:

• At least two years of related work experience
• Familiar with the full cycle of marketing processes (e.g. Market research, Selling proper, after sales)
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
