Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence for
software applications, particularly in the Healthcare and Fintech sectors. This hybrid position offers a mix of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with both clients and internal teams. The role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in highly competitive and regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and sell software applications focused on Healthcare and Fintech solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Perform cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach to expand the customer base.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in
software, SaaS, Healthcare tech, or Fintech industries.

- Solid understanding of software sales cycles and B2B selling

Working Conditions
