Support the CEVA A&O Philippines Organization with Marketing, Communications,
Reporting, and Presentation needs.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Provide Market Intelligence
- Work with various internal and external resources to gather market information relevant to our business lines, industry, partners, and overall business ecosystem.
- Analyze and interpret gathered intelligence and document.
- Summarize, report, and present actionable information to the management and relevant teams for policy and decision making.
- Execute and contribute to market strategy discussions.
Prepare Marketing Material and Reports
- Gather internal demand for marketing materials, reports and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Source and compile necessary information to delivery marketing output.
- Summarize information and translate into presentations or reports as needed.
- Present said material as needed.
Support in BD and Marketing Strategies
- Assist to develop plans and strategies to support
- Marketing and Sales objectives and goals
- Set Marketing Strategy to create new sales lead
- Plan After-Sales-Activities (business reviews, sales trainings, audit, etc.) in collaboration with other teams
- Co-Develop pricing strategies for Air and Ocean products
Effective Communications
- Strategize and execute formal internal and external communication needs by the organization.
- Prepare, generate, and present communication material and content for internal and external consumption through various media and channels.
- Manage social media needs and information as needed.
Others
- Support, prepare and execute presentations as needed by the organization.
- Conceptualize, lead, support, execute, and facilitate company events as needed.
- Initiate, support, and execute CSR Activities in coordination with the Region and local management to meet relevant targets.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience
- Min 2 years experience working in Marketing roles.
- Strong experience working with internal customers
- Email marketing (HTML/coding) - CMT and AEM
- Landing page development - Teamsite and AEM
- Copywriting - Press Releases
- Visual Design – Canva/Other tools
- Event, Campaign support/experience
- Crisis communications
- Web Analytics - Google Analytics
- AI Basics
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to connect to all levels of the organization and external parties
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to generate presentations and other content thru various mediums
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Entrepreneurial and self starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and develop relationships internally and externally
- Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot and adjust gaps as needed.
Desirable
- Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge
- Experience working with MNC's and /or Logistics companies
- Experience working with external customers
- Social Media management experience.
- Business Intelligence capabilities, able to work with various BI tools.
- Drive and interest with CSR activities
