Summary of Role

The Marketing Project Coordinator manages the daily operations and delivery of marketing programs. You will oversee task management, use collaboration tech, and lead weekly reporting for US-based clients to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

  • Master Tech Platforms: Handle day-to-day operations within tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, and CMS platforms.
  • Lead Client Reviews: Run weekly progress meetings and status check-ins with stakeholders in the US.
  • Reporting: Prepare marketing activity reports and track success metrics for various campaigns.
  • Resource Planning: Allocate team members and tools to meet strategic marketing priorities.
