Seeking a detail-oriented QC Contractor to support Medicare Marketing Project Management. This role ensures accuracy across marketing grids, matrices, and templates by identifying errors, validating data, and maintaining high-quality standards. Medicare experience is a plus but training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QC checks on grids, matrices, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Navigate datasets/databases to extract information for review.
- Identify errors and communicate issues clearly to project managers.
- Use Excel to compare data, track QC items, and maintain documentation.
- Stay organized, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly as project needs shift.
- Complete Medicare training and apply guidelines to QC work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading and directing project tasks.
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage and Duals marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading/QC experience required.
- Proficient in project management systems such as Excel, Workfront, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management Professional or Agile certification preferred but not required.
