Job Summary
The Marketing Planner / Event Strategist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing corporate marketing campaigns and large-scale events that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business growth. The role requires strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality presentations and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop event strategies aligned with company branding, business objectives, and target audience.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, proposals, and reports using PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in high-level corporate event planning or marketing strategy.
- Clear, structured, and logical thinking with strong planning capability.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and presentation material development.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling large-scale corporate events, brand launches, or high-profile promotional campaigns.
- Background in industries such as sports betting, online gaming, fintech, or technology is an advantage.
- Experience working with international teams, external agencies, and high-net-worth or VIP clientele.
- Proven track record in delivering successful events that improved brand exposure and customer engagement.
