ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and maintain marketing banners across relevant platforms
  • Create and manage vouchers, promo codes, and related campaign assets
  • Prepare, schedule, and send Push Notifications (PNs) and SMS campaigns
  • Coordinate and communicate with brand engagers and ambassadors to support campaign rollouts
  • Support team with ad hoc operational and analytical tasks
  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all executions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management is preferred
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, or marketing automation tools is preferred
  • Experience working with brand engagers, ambassadors, or influencers is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; basic reporting skills are preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • An analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance tracking is preferred
