Job Description
Key responsibilities
Own trade marketing execution: POP/signage, posters, shelf talkers, table tents; create branch rollout instructions and deadlines.
Branch audit: weekly spot-checks (photo proof) and monthly on-site audits (as scheduled).
Google Business: ensure hours, contact, photos, and weekly posts are updated; manage review response workflow using templates.
Viber governance support: enforce templates and schedule compliance across branches; consolidate branch requests.
Events coordination: calendar, vendor/branch coordination, run-of-show checklist, documentation plan, and post-event P&L collection.
Maintain Marketing execution tracker and POP inventory list; coordinate printing and deployment logistics.
Support B2B marketing updates (catalogue/deck) via templates and coordination with B2B inputs.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years coordination/operations experience (trade marketing, retail ops, events ops, or marketing coordination).
Nice-to-have
Experience with Google Business Profile, basic analytics, and POS promo governance.
Experience with printing suppliers and store merchandising.
Strong organization and follow-through; comfortable chasing stakeholders politely but firmly.
Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
Can work across branches and handle deadlines under pressure.
