Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot Marketing Hub)

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution.

You'll work closely with leadership to translate marketing goals into HubSpot-powered processes, campaigns, and reporting, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute. You'll own the day-to-day operation of HubSpot Marketing Hub and help ensure our marketing efforts are measurable, repeatable, and revenue-aligned.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves building clean systems, optimizing workflows, and seeing their work directly impact growth.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Marketing Operations

Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, including workflows, automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle stages

Build and maintain campaign architecture, reporting, and attribution

Ensure clean data, proper segmentation, and scalable processes

Partner with leadership to translate strategy into HubSpot execution

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Build and launch campaigns across email, landing pages, social, and ads

Create and manage HubSpot assets (emails, forms, landing pages, CTAs)

Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on data

Report on campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact

Strategy & Process

Translate marketing strategies into clear process maps (Miro or similar tools)

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Contribute ideas for growth, retention, and lifecycle marketing

Support cross-functional execution and ensure operational follow-through

Ideal Candidate

Required

Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management

Comfortable building campaigns end-to-end inside HubSpot

Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Nice to Have

Experience with attribution modeling or advanced reporting

Familiarity with paid media integrations or CRM alignment

Startup or scale-up experience
