Growth Marketing Operator (Execution Engine)

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Operator to drive daily marketing execution across email, social, and campaign deployment. This role acts as a true extension of the team, ensuring consistent output, rapid execution, and continuous optimization across multiple brands.
This is not a strategy-only role — it is built for someone who thrives in high-volume, execution-heavy environments and can turn ideas into live campaigns quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email and social campaigns with high frequency and speed
- Build and manage marketing automations and flows (email, lifecycle, promotions)
- Translate product launches into clear, compelling, conversion-driven messaging
- Support content creation, including copywriting and campaign assets coordination
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure aligned execution
- Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, DTC, or CPG environments
- Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills
- Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Must have an expereince with ASANA.

Salary & Benefits
- Pay: Hourly, $ 8.00 – 9.00
