About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-driven
Marketing Operations Manager to build and optimize the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that power the marketing engine. This role combines operational excellence, analytics, and project management, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot ownership, lifecycle management, attribution, and data governance.
You will support multi-channel marketing initiatives, maintain a clean and reliable CRM ecosystem, operationalize campaigns, and deliver reporting that guides leadership decisions. The ideal candidate has strong B2B experiencepreferably in SaaS, financial services and excels at turning strategy into scalable, measurable execution.
Responsibilities
HubSpot & CRM Management
- Own HubSpot end-to-end: properties, lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, routing rules, and scoring models.
- Maintain a single source of truth for lifecycle definitions and ensure consistent funnel reporting.
- Enforce data hygiene standards including deduplication, naming conventions, field governance, archival rules, and documentation.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools; monitor and resolve sync errors and data inconsistencies.
- Build error-checking dashboards and alert mechanisms to identify lifecycle gaps or workflow failures.
Automation
- Develop and optimize automated workflows, nurture sequences, segmentation rules, and onboarding journeys.
- Build ABM foundations: target account lists, account scoring, and account-level reporting.
- Operationalize across channels, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless sales handoff.
Analytics & Attribution
- Set up UTMs, custom events, conversion tracking, and attribution models within HubSpot.
- Build dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, conversion rates, marketing-sourced pipeline, and channel effectiveness.
- Provide insights based on performance trends, campaign results, and data anomalies.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance across marketing systems: consent capture, unsubscribe processes, cookie tracking, retention policies.
- Conduct periodic data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, finance or professional services.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot
- Proficiency with GA4 and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with sales enablement processes and tools.
- Clear, concise communication skills.
- Understanding of attribution modeling, advanced segmentation, or lifecycle marketing.
