KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho) to ensure accurate lead and customer data management.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Implement and manage lead lifecycle processes including lead scoring, nurturing, and MQL-to-SQL conversion tracking.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in improving demand generation and pipeline performance.
  • Manage integrations across the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics using GA4, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategy and campaign decisions.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Revenue Operations roles.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing campaign tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes including MQL/SQL, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
