We are seeking a data-obsessed Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to build the infrastructure of our global growth engine. You will own the technology stack of our marketing and sales alignment, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM, optimizing workflows, lead scoring, and database hygiene.
  • Applicant Flow Management: Manage the integration between our application portal and HubSpot. Ensure startup applicants are automatically segmented so the Selection Committee can review them without manual data entry.
  • Performance Dashboarding: Design and maintain real-time dashboards that track full- funnel metricsfrom Lead to Pilot to Deploymentproviding visibility to executive leadership.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze pipeline speed and conversion rates, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Tech Stack Management: Integrate third-party tools/plugins to ensure a seamless flow of data across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Certified HubSpot expert (or equivalent CRM mastery). Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English in a business context.
