Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and campaign strategies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and analytical execution to elevate our brand presence, optimize digital channels, and drive customer engagement. If you are an agency-experienced marketer with a knack for multi-channel campaigns—and a genuine passion for the automotive world—we want you on our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with business goals, from conceptualization to post-launch analysis
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing platforms, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media channels, email marketing, and content creation
  • Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools. Translate data into actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to produce compelling visual and written content tailored to our target audience
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting consumer behaviors (especially within the automotive sector) to identify new growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agency partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in marketing or advertising
  • Proven experience working in an advertising company or agency environment, with a strong understanding of campaign management and strategy development
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-oriented mindset crucial for understanding buyer personas and developing effective consumer strategies
  • A strong passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly advantageous
