Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand equity, improve product visibility, and support business growth in the local market.
Own the planning and execution of localized marketing campaigns aligned with product launch schedules, covering PR, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, paid advertising, and offline activations.
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders to deliver ATL/BTL/digital marketing initiatives with clear timelines, defined responsibilities, and execution quality.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor movements, and consumer insights; Translate analysis into concrete optimization and strategic recommendations.
Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, execution standards, and on-time delivery.
Track, review, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs; continuously optimize content, channel mix, and execution effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or advertising; experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or internet industries is highly preferred.
Solid background and experience in digital and e-commerce marketing.
Strong project ownership, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of content marketing, social media ecosystems, and creative execution, with sensitivity to performance metrics and ROI.
Proficient communication skills with the ability to communicate, present, and execute campaigns in clear language.
Mandarin speaking is a plus. Being a Xiaomi Fan is a plus!
