Our Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for the planning and implementation of integrated marketing communications support for Watsons Health & Beauty Own Brands.
This role focuses on
- Building awareness and brand love for Watsons Own brand across different health and beauty categories.
- Driving traffic O+O to help in the achievement of commercial objectives for the brands (Total Company Sales, GOBE Sales)
- Leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs to support GOBE in relevant customer touchpoints:
- Advertising (In-store, Digital, Mobile, Traditional)
- Member Communications
- Public Relations (PR) Activations
- Local Marketing
- Partnerships
- Efficient management of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) resources in the implementation of marketing programs
- Driving a strong social media presence and engagement for Watsons Own Brand and Exclusives through content management, media buying and online activations.
- Monitoring own brand health and opportunities by regularly conducting consumer studies for Gobe, translating insights into actionable programs for the brand.
