About the Role:

This role is pivotal in driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth through strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation and market share.
Campaign Management – Lead digital, social, email, and offline campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Budgeting & Reporting – Manage budgets, track KPIs, and present performance reports to senior management.
Market Research & Insights – Analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
Brand & Content Management – Ensure consistent messaging and oversee engaging content creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects.
Background in digital marketing, project management, or creative development is an advantage.
