Brand Marketing Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help build and scale our brand in the Philippine
market. This role is highly strategic and hands-on—ideal for someone who understands local
culture, consumer behavior, and how beauty and fashion brands win in a fast-moving, digital-first
environment.
You'll be responsible for shaping brand direction, leading go-to-market strategy, and ensuring every
campaign, collaboration, and touchpoint feels culturally relevant, cohesive, and commercially
impactful.
What You'll Own
Brand Strategy & Market Building
● Define and continuously refine the brand's positioning, messaging, and personality for the
Philippine market
● Develop brand strategies that balance long-term equity with short-term growth
● Ensure the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across online, social, retail, and
offline channels
Go-To-Market & Campaign Strategy
● Lead strategic planning for product launches, seasonal drops, and brand campaigns
● Build integrated campaign frameworks across social, influencers, PR, retail, and e-commerce
● Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and measurable outcomes
● Conceptualize and execute on-ground event activations, pop-ups, and brand experiences
that translate campaigns into physical, immersive touchpoints
Local Culture, Community & Influence
● Identify cultural moments, trends, and conversations relevant to Filipino beauty and fashion
consumers
● Shape influencer, creator, and KOL strategies that feel authentic to the local market
● Support community-building initiatives, events, and collaborations
● Identify opportunities for culturally relevant event activations (e.g. mall takeovers,
campus tours, creator-led meetups, community events)
● Build community-first experiences that deepen brand affinity beyond digital
Insights, Performance & Optimization
● Track brand health, campaign performance, and consumer insights
● Analyze what's working (and what's not) to continuously refine strategy
● Keep a pulse on competitors, market movements, and emerging local brands
Cross-Functional Leadership
● Work closely with founders, creative, social, PR, retail, and e-commerce teams
● Align marketing strategy with commercial goals and operational realities
● Be a strong brand steward across internal and external partners
What We're Looking For
● 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or
consumer startups
● Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and problem-solve
● Deep understanding of the Philippine beauty and fashion landscape
● Experience working with creators, influencers, and local communities
● Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
● Clear communicator with strong judgment and brand instinct
