Marketing Manager - Sports SAAS

Voyager Tennis is a leading racquet sports company operating across Sydney, the Northern NSW, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Singapore. Our facilities offer tennis, pickleball, and padel, and we are passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities enjoy racquet sports through world-class coaching, programs, and events.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to own and deliver end-to-end marketing for our Sports SaaS business.

Purpose of the Role:

This role owns end-to-end marketing for Sports SAAS. The successful candidate must be comfortable with both strategy and execution, and happy to personally action tasks rather than relying on a large team.

This is a true ownership role with accountability for outcomes.

Key Focus Areas:

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Sportlogic
• Lead generation, nurture flows, and CRM activity
• Coordinate SEO and social media support resources
• Campaign planning and execution across digital and outbound channels
• Practical execution tasks, including:
• Sending gifts or physical items to customers/prospects
• Managing addresses and logistics
• Briefing and coordinating quality cold callers / lead generators
• Sales enablement support
• Performance tracking and optimisation

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience owning marketing end-to-end
• Strong execution bias (not strategy-only)
• Comfortable managing freelancers, vendors, and contractors
• Commercially minded and highly organised
• Able to work independently with light support

Work Schedule: Australian business hours - 9 am to 6 pm - Monday - Friday
