Job Purpose:
To ensure proper implementation of different marketing ideas to provide the family fun experience that makes every day better as well as to make sure all implemented activations will drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales through cost effective campaigns for the handled mall.
Responsibilities:
- Promote tenants/affiliates and attract more customers to shop more in our malls
- Mount special Campaigns/Projects - such as mall openings, CSR related activities, seasonal module, 3-Day Sale, Special Sale etc.
- Regularly monitor of calendar events of the mall
- Work closely with tenants, brands and third party partners
- Maintain effective external and internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Perform the Communication Plan for the year/project from creatives/key visual, printing, installation of collaterals (in-mall, social media, local newspaper)
- Coordination with VDD, creative agencies and printer/suppliers
- Coordination with PR group, bloggers and Media Team of HO
- Ensure that all existing policies are strictly followed and implemented
- Manage schedule and task assignments to Marketing Officers and Agency Personnel
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or any related course
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in all areas in Marketing/Event Management and Advertising
- High level of communication, analytical, presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Basic Photoshop, video & photo editing
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
