Job Description

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing efforts and strategies to campaign the company's products online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, website, web analytics, e-mail marketing, mobile/interactive applications and search engine optimization, among others.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports to the CMO on digital strategies and plans on an ongoing basis.
  • Handles website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, e-commerce, social media, mobile marketing including Google Analytics and Adwords.
  • Reports data analytics to optimize growth and performance of various digital platforms.
  • Manages all digital media channels to increase leads generation and new customer acquisition via web, mobile, e-mail, digital coupons, and social media.
  • Helps develop digital marketing materials and campaigns to strengthen web presence and drive new business opportunities.
  • Communicates and coordinates with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Develops working relationships with other departments.
  • Closely coordinates with the Sales department on activities and material requirements to facilitate the achievement of monthly targets.
  • Ensures digital content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines.
  • Stays updated on latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Implements and optimizes the use of marketing automation, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Implements strategies to improve conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Oversees the creation of digital content, including text, images, and multimedia, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Develops and maintains customer e-mail database program.
  • Optimizes landing pages and user journeys to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Maintains, tracks, and updates monthly digital data on the Brand's web visits, FB page likes, IG followers, web inquiries, and FB inquiries.
  • Monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, and makes data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Manages, tracks, updates and reports ad boosts budget and spending against planned objectives.
  • Monitors, updates, and reports digital data/performance as well as expense vs. budgets on a monthly basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any closely-related field
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Wordpress, MS Office, MS Outlook, database management, report creation, Internet Applications, and Social Media.
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
  • Proven ability to develop digital strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to CMO / Brand team.
  • With strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with latest digital trends and best practices.
  • Comfortable working with metrics.
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
