The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and trends.
- Plan and implement mall-wide events, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage sponsorships, activations, and system-wide requirements for marketing programs.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials across multiple media channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing function exhaustively covering digital marketing, brand management, project management, advertising, promotion, market research, media, marketing communications, events management, and retail marketing.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
