About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, compliance, and operations. You'll be responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing Medicare-related marketing materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to CMS guidelines.
You'll also support internal marketing initiatives and handle multiple deliverables across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain Medicare Part D member communication materials
- Ensure all materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines
- Proofread, edit, and manage multiple versions of marketing documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for approvals and delivery timelines
- Support preparation of pre-enrollment materials, welcome kits, and documentation
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and requirement translation
- Track issues, updates, and compliance requirements across projects
- Work on both client-related and internal marketing initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience as a Marketing Manager
- Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical projects/accounts
- Strong experience in content creation, proofreading, and documentation
- Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Medicare or managed care experience
- Exposure to CMS guidelines or regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu or Manila
Good-to-Have
- Experience using Adobe Pro or Canva
- Experience working with vendors or print coordination
