Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at Mindesigns. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid media, landing page performance, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing advertising budgets, monitoring KPIs, and generating regular performance reports.

The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce effective creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. The Marketing Manager will also conduct market and competitor research, test new tactics and channels, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (must-have)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience running Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns
  • 5+ years creating content marketing, with proven copywriting ability
  • 3+ years managing social media accounts and developing content strategy
  • 3+ years with WordPress
  • Demonstrated ads management experience (this is essential)
  • Active Google Ads certification
  • Active Facebook/Meta Ads certification
  • A degree in either Journalism or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have)

  • Broader social media management experience across multiple platforms
  • Experience creating email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or growing a YouTube account
  • Experience with HubSpot 
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
