Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred but not required
Experience
- 5-8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience developing and executing demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
- Experience managing or leading paid media specialists or digital marketing teams
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of:
- Paid media strategy and execution
- Campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
- Funnel metrics and pipeline contribution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
- Interpret campaign performance data
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for reporting and lifecycle management
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in campaign execution environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams
- Experience working in performance marketing environments focused on lead generation and pipeline growth
- Highly organized with strong project and campaign management capabilities
- Experience working in B2B services, SaaS, or enterprise-focused marketing environments
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Experience using intent data and audience enrichment platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and website performance
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Core Focus)
- Own and lead paid digital marketing strategies across platforms, including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads, including ABM targeting
- Other relevant paid channels, as applicable
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, including:
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Channel selection and budget allocation
- Campaign structure and messaging approach
- Maintain hands-on knowledge of campaign execution, with the ability to enter accounts, analyze performance, and implement optimizations when needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance through:
- Audience refinement
- Creative and messaging adjustments
- Bid and budget optimization
- Landing page and conversion improvements
Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
- Translate business objectives into end-to-end campaign strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
- Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, including:
- Campaign themes and messaging direction
- Channel mix and sequencing
- Asset and content requirements
- Develop campaign concepts aligned with target audience pain points and market opportunities
- Ensure all campaigns maintain a performance-first approach focused on lead quality and pipeline contribution
Team Leadership & Execution Oversight
- Manage and mentor paid media specialists across two roles
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for campaign execution across paid channels
- Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and performance expectations
- Review campaign performance and guide optimization efforts across the team
- Act as the central point of coordination for digital campaign execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Content and creative teams to define campaign messaging and asset requirements
- Web and SEO teams to align landing page performance and conversion optimization
- Provide clear direction and briefs to ensure all campaign assets align with strategy and goals
- Ensure efficient execution through coordination of timelines and deliverables across teams
Performance Marketing, Analytics & Optimization
- Own performance tracking and optimization across all digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance to identify:
- Trends and performance shifts
- Opportunities for optimization
- Drivers of lead quality and pipeline contribution
- Make data-driven decisions on:
- Budget allocation
- Channel performance
- Campaign adjustments
- Develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing activities to:
- Pipeline progression (MQL → SQL → Closed)
- Conversion rates and revenue impact
Platform & Tool Utilization
- Maintain strong working knowledge of:
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, and lifecycle stages
- ABM and intent tools such as Factors.AI and Apollo
- Ensure effective use of tools to support campaign execution and performance tracking
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of client service delivery
