We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creativeMarketing Managerto lead and execute Lucky Beauty's marketing strategy across digital, social, retail, and influencer channels. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand story, launching new products, and building lasting emotional connections with our customers. You will work cross-functionally with product development, sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business goals and product development timelines.
- Lead go-to-market strategies that bridge DTC, retail, and international markets.
2. Brand Management & Positioning
- Maintain and evolve the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Identify emerging trends in beauty and incorporate them into brand storytelling.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Collaborate with digital and content teams to drive performance across SEO, email, paid social, and influencer marketing.
- Support the development of content strategies that build community and drive engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-backed optimizations.
4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and build strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns that amplify product launches and brand awareness.
- Explore partnership opportunities with complementary brands and platforms.
5. Retail & Trade Marketing
- Partner with sales and retail teams to drive in-store activation strategies and merchandising plans.
- Oversee integration of POS materials, sampling strategies, and retail events that align with brand and product launches.
- Collaborate on co-branded retail marketing with key partners (e.g., Ulta, Sephora, or Target, if applicable).
6. Budget & Project Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and clear ROI on all campaigns.
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive marketing management experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the beauty, wellness, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Proven experience developing and launching successful 360 marketing campaigns for new products and seasonal promotions.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies across a mix of channels, including DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), wholesale retail, and international markets.
- Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave Quezon City
